HIGH HOLY DAYS
Letter from the High Holy Days Committee
Rosh, Hashanah (New Year 5785) and Yom Kippur - the Days of Awe - are just around the corner.
All the information you will need to prepare and plan for the High Holy Days, which start with Selichot on, is below. View the High Holy Days Schedule below for details.
There is also an interactive Order Form that you can use to submit your L'Shanah Tovah greetings, names of loved ones to be included in the Book of Remembrance, and your reservations for Break the Fast. The deadline for submissions is August 25.
Participating in services again this year with Rabbi Bloom will be Cantorial Soloist Adriana Urato and the High Holy Days Choir under the direction of Music Director, David Kimbell, and Accompanist Charlie Curtis.

High Holy Days events include:
- Memorial Services at Six Oaks:, at 10:00 AM
- Tashlich (to cast bread and sins upon the water):, at 3:30 PM at Jarvis Creek Park
- There will be two sessions of Teshuvah Walking Meditation on, at Jarvis Creek Park
- 10:00 AM Theme - "God's watchful eyes: Are your eyes open?"
- 11:00 AM Theme - "Repentance in the age of artificial intelligence: doing your own soul work."
- Food collection for Deep Well
