Adult education

The Adult Education Committee organizes a variety of programs of interest to members of Congregation Beth Yam. Our programs have included: movies (entertainment, documentary, Israeli films), philosophical topics (Torah Study, Talmud, Jewish philosophy/thinkers, ethics), Hebrew/Jewish education (language, customs, practices), and speakers who can address issues of modern Israel. The Committee also identifies candidates for our Scholar-In-Residence program.
